Venture capitalist Andy Kessler says silicon is going to do to the health care industry what it has done to portable devices and the Internet. Where will it start? With diagnostics, according to Kessler, who delivered the lunch keynote at the Dow Jones VentureWire Health Care Innovations conference in Redwood City, California.
