The Kamla Bhatt Show: Indiagames' Sean Malatesta, VP for the Americas

NBC recently released a series of six mini-games for mobile phones. Each is a “spin-off” from The Office, which airs on the network. Currently available on some carriers, the games will become more widely available on other carriers over the next few weeks.

Mumbai-based Indiagames Ltd. created the games for NBC. We spoke to Sean Malatesta, VP, Americas, about Indiagames and its strategy in the Americas.

Indiagames is engaged in creating games for many well-known Hollywood productions including Spykids and Buffy the Vampire among others. Besides its work for the U.S. market, Indiagames also creates games in Spanish and Portuguese, for companies and markets in South America.

Indiagames was founded in 1999 and two years ago TOM, Macromedia (now Adobe) and Cisco acquired strategic stakes in the company.
