Vinod Dham is managing partner of NEA IndoUS Fund and New Path Ventures.
In this interview, Vinod shares his thoughts about investing in India. New Path Ventures was the first cross-border fund between the United States and India that was started about five years ago when India was just a dim blip in investor’s radar. But Vinod was bullish, and when conducting his due diligence about the Indian market he discovered great potential for investment in the hardware sector.
New Path has so far invested in three companies and is in the process of investing in their fourth. Vinod briefly talks about the strategy of his second venture: NEA IndoUS Fund a collaboration between New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Vinod and his partner Vani Kola.
Vinod is also widely known as the Father of Pentium Processor. Listen to what he has to say about the world-wide semi-conductor market.
