Each section of the house is custom designed with the finest offerings from Versace, Ray Ban, Hugo Boss and Cadillac. Get almost anything from any room whenever you want it with a click of a button thanks to the many high-tech, big boy toys provided by computer chip maker, Intel. There’s the Intel Viiv home theater that makes you feel like you’re almost living inside the movie playing on the big screen. Lit up with a wireless network, each room can stream Internet video and music from a multitude of modern devices. There’s a full-on gaming room decked out with full-throttle PCs connected to big screens, and wireless laptops are like mini entertainment centers that can be moved around the house - even bring them to bed. These are all must-haves for the modern man.

Another major component of Esquire’s “Signature Space” concept is philanthropy. Multiple galas are scheduled at the home from October thru December. Each event supports a specific charity or cause, and all proceeds from each event - whether from ticket sales, auctions or gifts - are donated to those charities.
