With OpenText’s recent acquisition of Hummingbird, it continues to add products and service to strengthen its enterprise content management position. Bill Forquer, executive vice president of compliance solutions, joined OpenText through an acquisition 8 years ago. He brings his direct experience with compliance and records management to our questions on leveraging a single system to provide the necessary records and reports when dealing with multiple agencies and regulatory bodies.
