At the recently concluded TiECon Meeting in New Delhi, TiE and Canaan Partners, along with other partners, announced a business competition for start-ups and businesses.
Canaan Partner’s Alok Mittal discusses the business plan competition: who can participate and what do winners walk away with as their prize?
After an initial screening process, ten companies will be selected and all of them will get mentoring time from TiE members, and the final three winners get an opportunity to pitch their plan to the Band of Angels in New Delhi. The winners also get to spend time with Prof. Philip Anderson at INSEAD’s Singapore campus.
The last date for sending in your business plan for this competition is November 24, 2006.
Alok also shares some tips and advice for start-ups and entrepreneurs.
