Jan Kabili, who does Photoshop Online TV, comes over to my house to teach Thomas Hawk a bunch of Adobe Photoshop tips and tricks. In Part I he gets schooled on Adobe Bridge, which is a great program to bring RAW images into your computer and do some basic pre-processing.

I really enjoyed this piece. Jan seems like such a cool teacher and person to be around.
Thomas, that’s such a killer photo you took. I like hearing the ‘vision’ behind what you’re trying to do with your photos. It’s like ‘Photo Strategy’!

Why the jump in the middle? We were just getting into the good stuff with the Raw file when we skipped from adjusting white balance to fixing the eye.

Hey Robert,
Great show! I just bought a new dslr and have found the video podcasts very informative. One point about this particular show is the reason he is not able to add the keywords to his photos within Bridge is b/c his hdd is more than likely formatted to NTFS which MacOSX cannot write to. I just went through figuring that out after I got my first mac (macbook 13″ inch white) … keep it up great show!
