$60,000 Starting Salary: What's Different at Neumont University

Why do Computer Science graduates from Neumont University get 20 percent higher starting salaries than those at state universities? Julie Blake is the senior vice president of enrollment at Neumont. She speaks with Brad Baldwin to explain why Neumont’s intensive, real-world, project-based curriculum is so attractive to the top tech recruiting companies. Students learn about the current technology driving businesses issues today.

Students are mentored by some of the industry’s most distinguished faculty members, and receive advanced training in modeling, architecture, and business processes. In partnership with IBM and Microsoft, Neumont’s program places emphasis on students gaining fluency in WebSphere, .NET and Open Source development environments.

For all those out there that may doubt this. I just graduated Neumont University with a contract that is paying me a $97,500.00 per year salary. I could not have done it without skills that I leaned at Neumont University.
