Listening to the Workplace of the future podcast focusing on AIM in the workplace, I have to reflect on how times have changed. Yeah I was one of these folks who snuck YIM into my company (good thing I was in IT, or I’d have gotten my butt kicked). I was an early promoter of IM as a great communications solution, especially for remote workers. I should know, I’ve been working from home for almost seven years and I haven’t been any closer than 40 miles to my employer (and that’s 40 miles of ocean between us).
