“Diane,” (not her real name), is a middle-aged, college-educated consumer who bought her first Mac about a year ago. Before that, she was a PC-user. Her main reason for switching was to avoid viruses and malware. She bought her second Mac, a laptop, this Christmas. Diane speaks with Inside Digital Media about the switch.
