John Edwards knows a lot about poverty, after all, he’s helped throw a lot of people into it with:

- his co-sponsorship of H-1b visas,

- his support for illegal aliens,

- his vote for MFN-China

but what about stuff like iraq war and the patriot act?

well, he voted for them too

About the only thing you can say for Edwards is, he spent so much time running for president that he didnt have time to do more damage as senator

You’ve got to ask yourself - ‘what did he do, with the power he had, when he had it?

You want to talk about a candidate for the technologist?

John Edwards has introduced legislation to fight spyware and initiated a petition for Open Internet while out of office.

I dont know of any other candidate with such a solid record on technology.

Thanks for posting this. I’ve just recently begun reading RSS feeds and keeping up with your blog. I was impressed to read what you’ve said about your time with Edwards and your take on it.

I’m pretty jaded on the whole politics thing, but I hope Edwards keeps on including normal folks in his campaign.

Good questions too - refreshingly different from the talking points nonsense on TV.
