		<description>Is it possible that a business plan can be virtual?  I would argue that the level of sophistication of the entrepreneur and their experience in the industry directly correlates to their "need" or lack there of to have a written plan.  But when it comes to financial forecasting to determine initial capitalization, it would be hard to do that in your head.</description>
