Vista Creates Opportunity for Apple to License its OS to PC Companies

Since Microsoft Vista requires Windows users to relearn their computers, Tom Evslin thinks Apple has a great opportunity to license the Mac OS to PC manufactures. Tom sold his first company to Microsoft, developed Exchange Server, and later founded, took public, and sold a VoIP company. Today he is an industry commentator and author.
