I purchased a Control4 system for my home and had a dealer in my house for 3 months trying to get things to work correctly. I went to control4 for support, but got none. I have been exremely disappointed in not the product. Atleast they stand behind their dealers(ha). I was also told they provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Turns out it’s parts and “in-house” labor(ie parts only. Buyer beware..I would advise anyone who asks to look at another system, like Netstreams Digilinx…It does everything control4 does and more(incl intercomm and IP cam integration)…Oh well, live and learn.
