  1. Doug Walker:

I purchased a Control4 system for my home and had a dealer in my house for 3 months trying to get things to work correctly. I went to control4 for support, but got none. I have been exremely disappointed in not the product. Atleast they stand behind their dealers(ha). I was also told they provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty. Turns out it’s parts and “in-house” labor(ie parts only. Buyer beware..I would advise anyone who asks to look at another system, like Netstreams Digilinx…It does everything control4 does and more(incl intercomm and IP cam integration)…Oh well, live and learn.

Has anyone had any luck importing iTunes playlists into the Control4 software?

    Doug,

My We are a Control4 Dealer and would be more than happy to try to assist you with your problems. Control4 does work very well and we stand behind it proudly. We have installed many systems, all of which work without any problems. It just so happens that you might have fell into the hands of an unprofesional dealer. Feel free to contact me by e-mail at kevin@4smarthomes.com or you can call our office at 928-855-3932. A lot of the programming can actually be done over the internet.
