Maryam and I head to Freiburg, Germany. Not exactly a place you’d think you’d find geeks, or bloggers, but we did! In between beers (it’s Germany) we got some fun geeks and bloggers onto camera.

What exactly is the purpose of this particular podcast?
It just wasted my half an hour downloading this 27 MB file on my 128 kbps and then another half an hour seeing all that senseless blabbering and laughing and gossiping that I could have seen in any college canteen.
If at all this has to be put on this site, I suggest you should make a TRIVIA section in which you put such senseless podcasts so that we remain pre-warned and don’t touch it.
Mr Scoble needs a lecture in the responsibilities of a reporter. Just because he can afford to buy a camera and he has contract with a website where he can put his whatever shots, doesn’t entitle him to abuse his privileges wasting the users’ time and effort. He should take some serious interviews with great men who are changing the face of the world. That is what this site’s viewers are interested to know about. We have no business knowing what job half a dozen people of Germany are doing.
I think Mr Scoble’s podcast should be reviewed by an editor’s team before, it at all, putting on this site to see whether the content of the podcast is worthy to be placed between the thoughts of CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, webmasters, etc.
Do I sound irritated? You guessed it.

VS: the description told you very well what this was about. It was a bunch of geeks at a dinner in Germany. Sorry you were disappointed. I’ve posted more than 150 videos and most are of CEOs and all that.
