Recently a Belgian court ruled that merely by posting headlines from Belgian newspapers, the Google search engine was violating copyrights in that country. In the U.S., the process is thought to qualify under the fair use exemption. Jim Burger is a copyright attorney with Dow Lohnes. He joins us to share his thoughts.
