It has been my pleasure to work with Cheryl Snapp Conner since early on in Novell’s salad days when they ruled the networking world. I sat down with her at the Altiris user conference and asked her to explain what small companies can expect from a PR firm, including how much (or how little) it costs, and ways to establish your PR experience as your company grows.
