James, Its not just the BSA that uses these tactics, the music and movie industry are embarking on the same path.
The BSA is also chasing up on Fonts piracy as well now!
The real issue that is being overlooked is that its not JUST the software industry thats is losing money, although we too question the “numbers published in surveys”.
