These two sectors have seen some huge growth, and along with it there have been some significant legal changes in these two areas. Mr. Shroff and his company have been involved with the Indian telecom sector since the early 1990s and he brings us up to speed on the broad changes in this sector. Recently his legal firm represented Hutchinson Whampoa in the multi-billion Hutch Essar deal.
