Being John Heinricy

At the GM Concept & Performance Drive event at California’s Willow Spring’s International Raceway, I had the opportunity to strap myself in next to John Heinricy, noted race car driver and director of high-performance vehicle operations for General Motors’ Performance Division, for a couple of laps around the Horse Thief Mile track in a 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP. John’s had quite a career, as this Hot Rod article points out.
