Examples of this technology include a national home builder who creates a single, organized “user manual” to a home buyer with paint details, appliance manual, home safety instructions, important phone numbers, community details and more. Another example is how FranklinCovey, the planner company, which uses Alexander’s to offer their Design Your Own planner.

What in the world does this printing business have anything to do with web 2.0. Pleaaaazzzzzz… it is nothing but a advertising for this guy’s biz. where is the hits so called “web 2.0″ community, where is the content sharing, where is the team collaboration use of the applicaiton. this is nothing but a online printing web site. Buddy you need to reality check with your technology guy for a clear definition of web 2.0. Just simply because your printing business has just moved online (that might be very new to you) and your started using technology into your biz process, that doesn’t mean you have anything to do with web 2.0. Stop abusing the termn “web 2.0″, if you want advertising online, go somewhere else……

maccooltan, Sorry this was see as so advertising. Hard to positioning anything new in printing since it’s been around since 1436. Will choose titles and use of the number 2.0 more wisely in the future.
