I once had high hopes for Mochila, but not anymore. I have found them to be incompetent when it comes to their accounting practices. Someone who wasn’t as nice as I might even accuse them of illegal accounting practices, but I’m not ready to go that far yet. I’ve had at least 22 sales (likely totaling up to $1000 or more in value) that they have been unable to account for. I’ve contacted them over and over again for the last three weeks, but all I get is the run-around along with promises that the problem will soon be fixed. Meanwhile, I’m out of money that rightfully belongs to me. Steer clear of this company until they straighten up their act.
