I have found them to be incompetent when it comes to their accounting practices. Someone who wasn't as nice as I might even accuse them of illegal accounting practices, but I'm not ready to go that far yet. I've had at least 22 sales (likely totaling up to $1000 or more in value) that they have been unable to account for. I've contacted them over and over again for the last three weeks, but all I get is the run-around along with promises that the problem will soon be fixed.
