His 30-year old company’s focus is on globalization of Indian corporations, international listings, M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, complex information technology and business-process outsourcing transactions.
His company helped set up the Indian offices for Google and Amazon, and it works with various corporations, start-ups and venture capital funds. In Part-I of our interview, Nishith talks about his entertainment practice and the various companies and artists that his company represents, including Amitabh Bachchan, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Disney. Nishith also played a key role in the Mauritius route for venture capital companies doing business in India.
