Plaxo’s founder, Todd Masonis, chief platform architect, Joseph Smarr, and VP of marketing, John McCrea tell me how Plaxo has changed from a contact manager for Outlook to a Web service that lets you back up and share your contacts (and follow your social network based on such) with its just-released new platform.
