A great conversation. Thanks to you and Chris for sharing. I'm working with ad agencies to help them "practice what they preach," and do for themselves what they recommend their clients do. I'm encouraging ad agencies to use Marketing 2.0 to promote their agencies. It will help them to experience new technology for themselves and demonstrate how it can be used for their clients.
