Their customer support is as bad as it can get. Its time India gets websites which are focused on specific areas of e-commerce and I think it has already started. It has been 17 days since I ordered for books that was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Despite many emails & phone calls to customer support has not been responsive enough to sort out the issue. It clearly shows that there are no processes in place and India plaze has a long way to go. I would not dare to buy any thing more here and would also not recommend it to any one.
