    I thing the biggest challenge is the attitude of people at India plaza, specially with regards to customer support. It has been 17 days since I ordered for books that was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Despite many emails & phone calls to customer support has not been responsive enough to sort out the issue. It clearly shows that there are no processes in place and India plaze has a long way to go. I would not dare to buy any thing more here and would also not recommend it to any one.

    I think that the problem with Indiaplaza is the that they trying to do many things at the same time. Their customer support is as bad as it can get. Its time India gets websites which are focused on specific areas of e-commerce and I think it has already started. See: http://www.flipkart.com/
