Startups in India have quite a few challenges, and one of their biggest is recruiting people to work for them.

Can we think beyond working for someone? How many of us wanted to be our own Boss? Working in a startup is somewhat similar to the working for peanuts as in other ventures. Big Deal? But working AS an Entrepreneur is a BIG Deal.
What do you people think?
Till the time the resources available are taking privilege of discussing issues regarding Startups in India and Entrepreneurship. But these are now more diverted to reviews and announcement sites.
Only discussing the issues regarding startups and new ventures in India is not going to help any budding entrepreneurs or already existing entrepreneur. There must be some lateral and out of the Box approach that should really help reader and needy to get into the matter.
If I want to start a new venture or planning to expand my existing business in India, then where should I get all the resources needed? The resources may include the Business Plan Designing and Assessment, Funding - through Angel Investors, Issues Regarding Patents; Copyrights and Intellectual Property. We now need to concentrate on such ONE STOP approach where people think practically.
PITCHINDIA (www.pitchindia.com) is one such web portal aiming to promote Entrepreneurship and Startup Ventures in India. PITCHINDIA is a one stop resource for the upcoming entrepreneurs and angel investors. The portal is providing a platform for these two entities. There are many other resources and assistance available on the website that all needed to start a new venture, a startup.
I hope this will surely help the people searching for assistance regarding startups and want to be an Entrepreneur.
The website is www.pitchindia.com
