Mario Paniccia is an Intel Fellow, and director of the Photonics Technology Lab at Intel. At the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) in San Francisco, we examined Photonics Technology with Paniccia. We also spoke with Jerry Bautista, director, Technology Management, in the Microprocessor Technology Labs at Intel, about developing software for the multi-core parallel processor platform.
