In his morning keynote address at Convergence 2.0, Leo Hindery spelled it out: new media would go nowhere as long as companies could not deliver consistent top line growth, could not enlist quality management, and did not enjoy a barrier to entry. But as quickly as he gave the sobering news Hindery clued the conference crowd to his own latest media plays: find fanatic audiences.
