Just 59 days into his return tour with Yahoo!, Jerry Yang appears to be making his imprint felt. Yahoo! just acquired BuzzTracker.com, a news aggregation site, for a reported $5 million. John Ince spoke with Alan Warms, founder and CEO of Participate Media, parent of BuzzTracker, about their technology, business model, scaling strategy and financing.
