GME's Anthony Lo on the Opel Flextreme

During the Frankfurt Auto Show, I had the opportunity to sit down with Anthony Lo, design director for General Motors Europe Advanced. Anthony led the team that brough the Opel Flextreme from drawing board to it’s unveiling in Germany last month. Designed on the same E-Flex platform as the Chevy Volt, the Flextreme came to be in a remarkably short time, less than 9 months.

Hello,
Can you please try to control your recording environments a bit more. Several of your podcasts, including the latest, with Mr. Lo, have so much background noise and of-axis mike-sound that they are almost a joke. When a P.A. announcement comes on “in the background” during an interview, here´s a tip: PAUSE the interview. Just take a break. Like Dory says to Nemo: “Take a deep breath”. Then, continue talking, and edit the incident later. It´s that easy. Good luck, the content of these podcasts are great!
