This podcast is the final part of a discussion with Jan Sysmans, Director of Marketing for WebEx, on the topic of business disruptions. Jan says that traditionally, many obstacles to productivity have been written off as a cost of doing business. However, tools exist that not only make employees more productive on a day-to-day basis, but also can make business disruptions less, well, disruptive. In this part of the conversation Jan talks about the implementation of a telecommuting policy, the most difficult barrier to overcome in order to effectively implement that policy, and how WebEx tools can play an important part in helping to reduce business disruptions.
