EVS 23: Chelsea Sexton and the Volt

I’ve never been this close to the Chevy Volt, so during EVS 23, the Electric Vehicle Symposium in Anaheim, CA, I thought it was an interesting juxtaposition to speak with Chelsea Sexton of Who Killed the Electric Car and Plug-In America, about GM’s E-Flex concept vehicle.
