I had a great chat with the two leading executives of NextPage Cydni the VP of Marketing and Tom the CTO. I am a skeptic on enterprise software given the world is moving away from traditional software, but I’m impressed with the NextPage story. Complexity of documents only will grow. These guys seem to have the right model in terms of reducing the hassles of users and increasing the productivity for users. The key seems to be the deployment scenario for enterprises. This is must listen for IT Managers and CIOs.

Most large enterprise pour good money after bad into software based document management issues. NextPage is a service for the document chaos problem that only gets worse in the “real time web”. This is very informative in order to understand a old and growing problem in document complexity in the new world of managed services.
