Wired has a story today questioning if Steve Jobs has lost his edge? Steve Jobs is the main player in tech and media period. Google is gunning for Apple with their latest announcements as a sign of things to come. With iTunes and the lastest series of great products Apple is redefining the world tech culture. His keynotes have not mellowed at MacWorld but seemed a bit mellow for the developer conference yesterday.
Here is a video of Steve in 1984 introducing the Mac. The only difference in my opinion is that he has less hair now.
PodTech News was there yesterday livepodcasting and have posted a series of podcasts summaries and photos sets here, here, and here. Scott Beale may have some photos at his site.
Apple continues to be a popular cultural company. For example at PodTech our “Apple Voices” podcast series is currently #1 on iTunes under the Business category.
This story should generate an active conversation within the Apple fan base and hard core community members.
