1. Produce your text and media according to the specs at:

Quick spec summary - For video posts, submit these files:

Password: obtain from publishing@podtech.net
For more detailed naming and uploading instructions see:
podtech.net/home/publishing-file-naming-and-uploading
3. Log in to the Publishing Request Tool.
Use your same Username and password at: upload.podtech.net/pubreq
4. Enter the publishing request in the web form:
* Click on the Create Post tab.
* On Page 1, Choose your channel if listed, if not, select *Home* as the channel.
* On Page 2, Paste (do not write) the text into the post description field.
* On Page 3, make sure to select all of the files that correspond with your post.
5. On Page 4, enter special comments, and submit the request.
You can enter special scheduling requests in this field:
1) Embargoed - post at date/time.
2) Time sensitive - content is only immediately relevant.
3) Urgent - Client needs it up now! or We’re breaking news!
All other requests are published as soon as possible while spreading out to optimize audience — usually within 24 hours. Please do comment as to why a post is urgent or time sensitive so that they can be prioritized.
Urgent posts should be the exception. Production scheduling, when possible, should take into account an extra work day for the publishing process.
Please do not simply mark a post ASAP. This is an ambiguous term. It helps to have some context if the posting is time critical, so please use the terms above with details.
Please note that we maintain PodTech’s business hours for publishing. If an off-hours post needs to be made, please send an email in advance to publishing@podtech.net.
Check the website or subscribe to the RSS feed to see when your post has been published. Once it has, you can access and share the video in the PodTech Player by following the instructions here:
