Once the solutions have been put into effect, it is much easier to measure progress and alter any solutions that have not been as effective as originally thought. An organization must be aware that they need to establish a best practice, have the desire to make necessary changes, the knowledge to adopt the solutions, the ability to utilize this practice and the power to reinforce it.
