Nonprofit organizations need volunteers and volunteers need opportunities tuned to their interests. VolunteerMatch is a platform that has been making these connections since 1998. With over 50,000 organizations participating, VolunteerMatch has something for everyone. I had lunch with Greg Baldwin, president of VolunteerMatch, who gives me a rundown of the organization’s history, describes the benefits for non-profit and corporate partners as well as taking me on a tour of the site from a potential volunteer’s perspective.
