Southwest Airlines blog called Nuts About Southwest is one of the more popular team blogs online today. Talking to Paula Berg, the PR Manager of Southwest, Marketing Voices learns (no surprise) that passion is what makes a team blog great. But Paula and her team managed to find thirty bloggers to contribute on a quarterly basis. The daily posts vary and they represent thoughts from pilots, flight attendants, and operations.
