Senator Mark Pryor (D-Ark.) introduced yet another anti-spyware bill in the Senate last week. That makes three anti-spyware bills introduced in Congress in as many months, and while some in the high-tech industry are skeptical of Congress’ ability to pass any anti-spyware legislation this year, I found two people in Washington, D.C., who are actually optimistic that something good for both the industry and consumers will come out of at least one of these bills.
