Paul Schopis is associate director of OARnet, based at The Ohio State University, and as such he oversees an expansive network for users with a wide range of needs. In this podcast Paul discusses the challenges he faces in building and maintaining such a network, shares some knowledge learned in his ten years at OARnet, and explains the fish problem.
