In this video we hear from Sudip Chahal, principal engineer with the Intel IT Enterprise Architecture Group, talking about a new white paper from IT@Intel, “Evaluating Two- and Four-Socket Server Virtualization Platforms.” Chahal talks about the proof of concept testing and total cost of ownership analysis conducted in order to compare two- and four-socket servers based on Intel Xeon processors. The goal was to examine how each of four different servers would perform in a variety of virtualization scenarios.
