This is a departure from my usual tech-focused videos. In Phoenix, Ariz., at an entrepreneurs’ conference, I met Lon Safko who told me about his business, PaperModels, Inc.. You’ll find this business to be really incredible. He makes money without having any inventory, nor any employees.

Today Adobe is shipping its CS3 Suite of developer and design tools, so I headed up to Adobe to get several interviews with product teams. Here you meet Rich Galvan, technical product manager for Flash, where we sit down and discover what’s new in Flash.
