Geeks and Politics Join

Alfred Thompson and Don Dodge, who blog for Microsoft, meet up with me at the John Edwards’ campaign stop in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and we talk a little bit about social media and how that’ll intersect with politics. New Hampshire is one of the four most important states on the campaign trail. We did two interviews, actually — one before Edwards spoke, and another afterward.

Microsoft’s Betsy Aoki

She’s Microsoft’s “BlogQueen” and used to run the site that holds most of Microsoft’s employee blogs, blogs.msdn.com, but now she’s working on Windows Live QnA site, which is a place where you can ask questions and get answers (or answer other people’s questions). She talks with Maryam here after the recent Blog Business Summit about the QnA site and other things Microsoft.
