Nick Baum, product manager on the Google Reader team, demonstrates Google Reader and gives us several key tips. Here are a few: Use the “J” key to go to the next feed item. “K” to go back. “U” makes the interface less cluttered. “Shift-S” shares the item you’re on with other people who are watching your Google Reader page.

Just so you know, the video does not show up on computers w/Quicktime 6 installed (though the audio plays). This is fine for the geeks, but for the unfortunate non-geeks in your audience (ie MOST PEOPLE), if this happens to them, they will probably find it an aggravating experience.
