[...] Want to find his blog with Google? Just search for “Robert Scoble”. What comes up on top? Not his blog! That’s his old blog, which, for whatever reason, has no automatic redirect to his new blog. OK, so web tech is a little more complicated and maybe there’s a legitimate reason why you can’t do an automatic redirect, but can’t you get Google to just move your current blog to the top where it belongs? I find it incredibly difficult to believe you can’t just pick up the phone and call them up, or at the very least mention it in passing before or after they’re introducing you to the Google chef when you’re visiting their friggin’ offices.
sweet, i'll spend my first two months fixing google pay for my brother who is using it at trackwrestling.com ;) he said he's got quite a few complaints, though he loves it. anyway, the idea of opening up the code source on everything is great! since i've been working at Boeing i've found there's just not a good infrastructure in place to manage that concept...servers are all over, permissions are havoc,,,source control is spotty, lots of things are one off, but i wonder how easy it would be to navigate into the repository for google pay for example and get the items fixed that Justin would like fixed. i'm sure the food is good...interesting boring looking office though...bummer views ;) actually, google views would be a neat 20% project...by taking a lot of pictures of the same thing with a low end camera and doing some post processing you can increase resolution...it should be possible then to offer a stream service and let people stream in high res views and others subscribe...just an idea :-)

Cool video, would have been good if you could do a Channel9-esque interview with Google to see upcoming software. Guess they aren't at that level yet

It'd be nice if the video streamed within 512kbps like most services, it's just a smidgen over and the buffering popup annoys the hell out of me.
