NETGEAR makes a lot of the world’s WiFi devices, among other consumer electronics gadgets. Since it’s getting close to CES time, we thought we’d come over and meet up with Patrick Lo, CEO of NETGEAR.
I wish they would get some actually knowledgeable tech support staff. I’ve been in contact with 3 already. Blogged about it, but basically they didn’t understand what a Vonage ATA was that was behind a “business class router” (Netgear). They kept on telling me to go to the “Control Panel”.
Eventually, I had to redesign my network because Netgear’s bad firmware and non-helping tech support. *sigh*
I hope if Mr. Lo or staff reads this, that they make some changes.
