Bebo White, who was on the team that built the first U.S. Web site at the Stanford Linear Accelerator (SLAC), gives us a tour around SLAC’s visitor center and gives us a little lesson in particle physics.

In fear that lack of comment may deter the making of similar videos in the future.. comment follows!
This video is great, Bebo makes the subject matter of particle Physics accessible to all and deals with the poet very well - Physics is way more interesting than most care to consider.
As a software engineer with a long standing amateur interest in the history of 20th century physics, listening to Bebo White’s tour was a joy. It is always fascinating to listen to a person who firmly understands the fundamentals of his profession, even more so when he has lived through so much important history.
Un tour por el Acelerador Lineal de Stanford, el edificio más grande del mundo….
Video que nos da una vuelta por el edificio más grande del mundo, El Acelerador Lineal de Stanford, hogar de 3 premios Nobel de Física. En inglés, pero muy interesante….

I think kids need to see these types of videos along with the info needed to allow them to visit the Stanford Linear Accelerator site themselves.
Some good viral web PR is needed to spread the word.
